Why We Started the Mental Health Foundation of India

We saw young Indians—students, professionals, parents—suffering in silence. Labeled “pagal” for asking for help. Unable to afford therapy. Choosing death over dishonor (171,000 suicides in India in 2023).
We believe every Indian deserves access to mental health support without stigma, without judgment, and without financial barriers.
That’s why we built this foundation: to provide free assessments, affordable daily support through Mind Gym, group therapy, and professional counseling for anyone struggling with their mental health.
Because your mind matters. And you deserve to be heard.
