We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due at the time of registration or booking
• We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets
• Payment processing is handled by third-party processors (Razorpay, PayU, etc.)

4.3. Refund Policy (See Disclaimer for details)

• Mind Gym: 7-day free trial, non-refundable after trial
• Workshops/Seminars: Refundable up to 7 days before event (minus 10% fee)
• Therapy sessions: 24-hour cancellation notice required
• Free services: No refunds applicable

4.4. Sliding Scale

We offer sliding scale fees for therapy services based on income. Contact us to discuss eligibility.

5. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

5.1. Your use of this Website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Parties may mutually agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Gurugram, Haryana.

12. MISCELLANEOUS

12.1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mental Health Foundation of India regarding use of the Website.

12.2. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

12.3. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

12.4. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.

12.5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, internet failures, etc.).

12.6. Language

These Terms are written in English. Any translations are for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.
